These terms govern access to the Household OS website and application. They are a practical launch draft and should be checked by a qualified solicitor before accepting payments.

Accounts and households

You are responsible for accurate registration information, safeguarding login credentials and approving members who join your household. Invite links should be treated as private.

Acceptable use

You must not upload unlawful content, interfere with service security, attempt unauthorised access or use the platform to harm another person.

Subscriptions

Paid plans are charged per household according to the billing period shown at checkout. Trial, renewal, cancellation and refund information will be displayed before purchase and handled through the relevant payment or app-store provider.

Your content

You retain ownership of household content. You grant Household OS the limited permission needed to store, process, synchronise and display that content solely to provide the service.

Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may evolve, and maintenance may occasionally be required.

Liability

Household OS is an organisational tool and does not replace professional medical, legal, financial or insurance advice. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
