1. Household subscription
A subscription is normally attached to one household account. The household administrator manages the plan, billing status and authorised members. Plan limits and included modules are displayed before purchase.
2. Free period and promotional offers
Where a three-month free period or another promotion is offered, the checkout or app-store screen will state eligibility, start date, end date and whether payment begins automatically. Promotional eligibility may be limited to new households.
3. Plans and prices
After any eligible three-month free period, Household OS currently offers the Household Tasks, Renewals and Document Locker modules at £2.99 per month each, or the Complete HouseholdOS bundle at £5.99 per month. Yearly billing is also available. The final price, billing frequency, plan limits, taxes and app-store charges displayed before purchase form part of your purchase. We may introduce or retire plans in accordance with these terms.
4. Payment and renewal
Subscriptions may be processed by Apple, Google, Stripe or another clearly identified provider. Unless cancelled, a recurring subscription renews at the interval disclosed before purchase. The relevant provider may issue reminders and controls the payment method.
5. Price changes
We will give reasonable advance notice of a material price change where required. App-store subscriptions are also subject to the store’s notification and consent rules.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel through the same app store or account channel used to subscribe. Cancellation normally prevents the next renewal; access usually continues until the current paid period ends unless the provider states otherwise.
7. Cooling-off and statutory rights
Nothing in these terms removes rights available under UK consumer law. The precise cooling-off position may depend on how and when digital services begin and any express request for immediate performance.
8. Failed payment and plan changes
If payment fails, we may retry the payment, notify the household administrator or restrict paid features after a reasonable grace period. Before restricting access, we aim to provide a route to update billing or export important data.
