1. Lawful use
Do not upload, create, store or share material that is unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, threatening, defamatory or that infringes another person’s rights.
2. Household permissions
Only invite people who are entitled to access the household. Do not use another person’s identity, documents, medical information or financial information without an appropriate lawful basis and permission.
3. Security restrictions
Do not probe, scan, reverse engineer, bypass access controls, introduce malicious code, automate abusive traffic, scrape the service or attempt unauthorised access.
4. Uploaded content
You are responsible for ensuring you may lawfully upload and share each document. Highly sensitive originals should be retained securely outside the service where appropriate.
5. Children and vulnerable people
Household administrators must supervise child or dependent accounts and avoid exposing information beyond what is necessary for that person’s use of the household.
6. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected misuse, restrict features, suspend access or preserve relevant records where reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law or secure the platform.
